SThree is seeking talented sales professionals and ambitious college graduates to join our sales teams in San Francisco and San Diego. We require highly focused individuals looking for a refreshing career opportunity in Executive Search.As a Search Consultant at SThree, you'll be responsible for recruiting your own vertical market with a focus on high-end staffing solutions within a very lucrative niche sector.
For success in this role you'll ideally have genuine long-term career aspirations that match our ambition for success. Successful Search Consultants bring a positive attitude to the job whilst conducting business in a professional and consultative fashion.
The role involves:
-Actively finding clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones
-Building rapport and trust with candidates and clients
-Writing adverts
-Searching our database for candidates
-Headhunting and networking
-Preparing both candidates and clients for interview
-Negotiating
-Closing the deal
Having completed your training, you'll continue to build your business area and strengthen the relationships built. You'll set your own goals and have a detailed knowledge of the area you work in. In your first year alone you can expect to earn around $70K - $80K, and this will increase year on year.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Complete BA/BS Degree with minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Stable job history
