Our market leading client within the Retail sector has grown significantly over the past 5 years. To support this phenomenal growth, you'll be taking responsibility for the delivery of an outstanding support service.
Skills Set:
Your experience in configuring, administrating and supporting e-commerce platforms will provide you with a solid base for this role. You'll be familiar with the challenges of managing 24/7 consumer facing I.T. solutions and have the ability to work with others to achieve outstanding results.
As well as possessing great technical skills, you're great with people - inspirational and influential. You're able to drive performance within your team and encourage them to deliver outstanding results.
Daily tasks
Your outstanding people skills ensure that you are able to engage with anyone, anywhere. Your internal customers could work in the office next door or in an office on the other side of the world, but that won't hinder your ability to form solid relationships with them.
In addition to your personal skills you'll have a good technical focus which you'll use to continuously improve our MCR offering.
