Description
Responsibilities- Monitors and manages the TPA adjusters who adjust, investigate and settle WC and Liability insurance claims of a moderate to severe nature.
- Examines claims and other records to determine insurance coverage, best practice compliance and appropriate resolution for the claims.
- Recommends proactive action and tracks adjuster's activity regarding resolution and/or settlement of claims in accordance with prescribed authority.
Typically requires a college degree and two to four years experience in claims adjusting. Strong communication skills, written and verbal, required. Experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs needed.
