Description
Position Responsibilities:- Requirements Gathering
- Analysis
- Identification of potential risks relating to hardware or software assets
- Testing (for requirements verification)
- Coordination with Supplier Managers & Development teams to identify/capture/review information for central repository: IT Assets (Hardware, Software, Services); Supplier Information; Document Library/Reference
- Identification of Reporting requirements
- Process development and life cycle management of stored data related to hardware, software, services
- Overall management of new feature requirements development and ongoing system enhancements
- Investigation of commercially available tools as system replacement
- Prepare/review training documentation relating to Central Repository
- Develop diagrams (eg asset mapping, data flow process)
- Govern activities related to on-going Supplier Compliance processes
- Oversight of developer resource
- Manage administration of team metrics/measurements, status reports and tracking action items
- Assist with review and prioritization of new requests for compliance team services
Required:
