One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Functional Consultant with experience with Telco Fraud Management System.

Mandatory:
Knowledge of Telco Fraud Management System.
Experience in Telco domain. MDA (Martin Dawes Analytics) product knowledge on FMS suite. PL/SQL. Unix Scripting. Excellent client communication. Technical and functional background.
Tasks:
1) Functional Application maintenance of Fraud Management System
2) Scope/Responsibility Incident Management Operations Support Management Change Management Enhancement Management Vendor Management (from a Managed Service Partner (MSP) perspective) 3) Overall responsibility of the entire team & performance
Deliverables: Meet the KPI & SLA with the incident and application availability/performance
Language: English
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Telco Fraud Management System.
Experience in Telco domain.
MDA (Martin Dawes Analytics) product knowledge on FMS suite.
PL/SQL. Unix Scripting.
Nice to have skills:
Understanding of scheduling of Batch Jobs (conflict with other jobs, importance of scheduling frequency, impact on successor jobs...)
Understanding of aggregates and performance impact on system due to aggregates.
Knowledge of debugging missing file sequences.
Experience in automation of regular monitoring activities.
Knowledge of end to end telecom data flow (Customer data & CDR) Knowledge of various telecom systems (Mediation, Billing, Interconnect, Revenue Assurance, FMS...)
Knowledge of Fraud Alarms for high usage.
