Service Desk/IT Support - 6 month contract - North Dublin location
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Service Desk/IT Support to come on board with a global organization on a 6 month contract.
The support analyst will demonstrate ownership of calls and become proactive in resolving all issues reported to the IT Support team within the agreed SLA's and timescales and own such issues through to successful resolution, escalating where appropriate. This role will require you to work shift work Monday through to Sunday.
As well as having the required technical experience required to work within such an organization, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for those less technically inclined.
