A leading organization in the Middle east is urgently looking for a strong BA who has a deep understanding of Oracle Payroll and Benefits as they are embarking on a CAPEX Project, and revamping their platform for pension funds. They are looking for a Business Analyst from a payroll and benefits background. The ideal candidate will be very customer facing, with good hands on experience, and stakeholder management skills.
