Functional Analyst
As a Functional Analyst, you will work in a technical environment with focus on public and transactional web site development. A natural interest in technical aspects is a must. You are supposed to challenge our business and IT specialists towards strategic moves.
As a senior functional analyst, you will have to provide some coaching and sharing experience with junior functional analyst of the team
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
· Challenge BUCs (Business Analysis).
· Review BUCs.
· Deliver Functional analysis (FUC) based on BUCs and requirements.
- Write the FUC covering all ITS aspects (depending on the type of analysis)
- Identify the right ITS RUN Stakeholder for a FUC (with the PM)
- Initiate review with peers and integrate the feedback
- Initiate review of FUC with ITS RUN stakeholders ([depending of the FUC] app owner, RUN analyst, Service Manager, Incident manager, Security Officer, RUN Backend experts …)
- Collect and integrate feedback from ITS RUN Stakeholders.
- Baseline the FUC.
· Challenge BUCs (Business Analysis).
· Support development team for the delivered FUC
· Support testing team for the delivered FUC.
· Review test scenarios based on the FUC.
· Write Hand-over documentation
· Support in after-care period.
Education and Experience
- qualification in functional analysis methodology or equivalent
- knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of functional management
- knowledge of functional analysis techniques and tools
- direct work experience as functional analyst
