Description
In conjunction with one of our Major ICT sector clients we are actively looking to recruit a Systems Administrator specialising in the Red Hat flavour of Linux to join an expanding business based in Dublin. This role will be in a dynamic environment and will place an emphasis on the support and management of the current system.
Job Details and Requirements
- As a member of the UNIX team you will be supporting all Linux & UNIX systems.
- Responsible for upgrading, patching, provisioning and support of all UNIX/Linux hardware & software
- Respond to support requests, user queries, alerts and system monitoring tools
- Troubleshoot identified issues following documented procedures
- Work with the team to deliver and support projects
- Write or refine documentation
- RHCE or equivalent experience
- Management of bash scripts and cron tasks with focus on rsync
- Deployment of RHEL 5 systems

DOE - Contractors Daily Rate
