SUMMARYKey player in carrying out highly complex engineering assignments to plan, design and develop the Company's products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for activities from concept to production.
* Manage projects and external vendors.
* Design and build equipment and fixtures to support product builds in the cleanroom.
* Recommend design modifications to eliminate product malfunctions/failures.
* Understand current processes, make recommendations for process/quality improvement, and collaborate with R&D to validate design changes.
* Design and process validation experience a must.
QUALIFICATIONS
* BSME or related field + patents/publications
* 8-10 years of experience
* Thorough knowledge of SolidWorks/3-D modeling
* Must be a creative and forward thinker
* Have diverse knowledge of various engineering disciplines from hands on activities to theoretical design.
* Experience designing manufacturing equipment and fixtures
* History of successful product launches
* Exp in the Medical Device Industry
