Description
The successful job holder will be responsible for managing all key remediation activities for the business area (includes the PPI complaints and Key Regulatory Programmes) from a Customer and Commercial perspective.Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple change projects
- Daily engagement with Operations, Finance, Legal & Regulatory Compliance, Marketing Analytics in relation to PPI and key remediation activities
- Own and produce monthly pack for board / Senior management meetings
- Presenting results/ MI/ Data back to Exco members
To be considered for this role, you must have a proven track record in managing multiple/ complex projects at once and have a solid commercial/ business management background. Knowledge in PPI/ Complaints would be ideal, however, my clients are happy to consider candidates with experience working in Banking and Finance, Compliance, Governance/ Controls and Risk Management.
