Responsibilities:

* Dynamic, self-motivated, creative thinker with a "can do" attitude and appreciation of achieving corporate goals
* A strong industry social network covering prospects, integration partners and key influences within the market is an advantage
* Strong industry domain experience of Telecommunications, Utilities, High Tech or post manufacturing customer service is an advantage
* Language to professional level French, German or Spanish an advantage
* Experience in selling enterprise business applications mandatory, experience of ERP, CRM, WFM solutions an advantage
* Experience selling SaaS solutions mandatory
* Ability to integrate into the corporate culture and ethos
* Ability to link client business needs to value derived from the ClickSoftware solution.
* 5 years' Direct sales selling experience (Must be able to demonstrate sales campaign success of sales achieved without partner involvement).
* Experience working with Systems Integrators is preferred.
* Knowledge of the channel sales process and demonstrated success in building partner relationships and evaluating existing channel partners
* Proven over achiever in enterprise sales, including licenses and professional services sales
* Experience in using Salesforce.com experience
* Articulate, confident, self-aware and personable character
* Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to travel as needed to establish and maintain partner relationships and to attend trade shows both locally and nationally
* Requires approximately 50% travel primarily in Europe
Location: Burnham, Buckinghamshire
Based from the Burnham office and expected to work from the office when not visiting customers, prospects and partners.
