Service Desktop Engineer- 6 months, Bristol

Service Desktop Engineer required for a 6 month contract based in Bristol.

Type: 6 Month Contract

Rate: £100-£200 per day

Location: Bristol

Start Date: Immediate

You will be the front line of customer service and be part of a team responsible for the support of all staff, taking calls regarding PC/Laptop/Printer software and hardware related issues, performing diagnostics to resolve faults either remotely or by providing desk-side support.

Role Requirements:

- 1st and 2nd line support as well as working alongside the 3rd line teams

- PC Builds and Break/Fix

- Demonstrate excellent problem solving skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential as much of the role will involve interfacing with staff.

- Maintaining complete and consistent records of all issues

Essential Skills Needed:

- Understanding of Active Directory

- Working knowledge of Windows 7

- Experience of remote desktop tools
