Description
Goal: Manage all site services activities that take place on MSC-BSC and adhoc RAN sites. Also support on Power and HVAC (building climate) related issues on all other sites.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Support on HVAC systems (Heating Ventilation and Air-conditioning)
- Support on Power (AC/DC, high and low voltages, earthling, lightning protection, batteries and generators)
- Support Systems (Building management systems, fire protection and extinguishing equipment, site issues support)
- Vendor management. (Coordinate subcontractors' activities on MSC and BSC sites, Check delivered work performed by subcontractors on MSC and BSC sites, Check quotes and invoices from subcontractors on MSC and BSC sites, Support subcontractors day/night on special projects )
- End to end coordination for materials/machines ordering (technical knowhow on what to order, request quotes, request budget, order materials and coordinate implementation of materials/machines)
- Project plan support on MSC/BSC site related projects day/night (examples: UPS swap, new dry coolers, new rectifiers etc.)
- Stand by support on 24x7 for MSC/BSC site related services issues.
- Report and follow up of maintenance issues after monthly inspections. (Preventive maintenance).
- Report and coordinate improvements on MSC/BSC sites.
- Perform all activities according to the VCA standards to prevent accidents.
- Ensure al datacenters for KPNGB are fully in operational without any risk of outage with big impact
- Take care of his own and co-workers' health and safety. Follow the given instructions on the use of correct materials, equipment and ppe's. Informing the employer and the EH&S department on possible risks.
Your main challenges will be:
- Work within a team responsible on a 24x7 basis to maintain the mobile network.
- Is fully accountable for the re-active and pro-active maintenance of the mobile network to ensure the full availability of the mobile network.
- Analyzes and performs autonomous field tests in order to optimize the network and safeguard and improve its quality.
- Support all departments (KPNGB Network Services Delivery) with on site support activities to meet the customer SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications
Technical background and experience:
Skills:
- Good Telecom knowledge.
- Understanding and knowledge of datacenters (housing and hosting)
- Experience to work with power (low and high voltage).
- Experience to work with air-conditioning equipment.
- Preferably 2G and 3G mobile network knowledge. (Knowledge of the GSM and UMTS structure)
- Driving licence B (BE-C or CE is an add on)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, )
