Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a MSDP Fault Management - Senior Application Expert
The ideal candidate will be available either immediately or within 2-4 weeks maximum.
This is an exciting new programme which will run for 12 month initially.
The role:
MSDP Fault Management - Senior Application Expert
Skills Fault Management Expert, Good experience understanding of correlation of Radio network alarms.
Operating system Linux
Database DB2
Storage Basic knowledge of Storage Requirements
Software General Alarm Handling, Alarm Correlation, Alarm Analytics and Scripting
Software specific: IBM Netcool
MSDP Specific Integration Experience Integration knowledge with Telecordia NIM CMDB
Bachelor's Degree (in Computer Science or Information Systems) preferred
5+ years related experience with technical requirements, analysis, elicitations, modelling, verification, and methodology development.
Proven experience with troubleshooting Telecom principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
Demonstrated ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language.
