The Employee Services Center provides Payroll and Benefits services to employees, both past and present. The ESC Processing Representative will be responsible for answering calls from our toll free line related to Payroll, Benefits and Leave of Absence.

Responsibilities:
  • Process transaction cases accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer Phone Calls in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction by handling calls in a knowledgeable, helpful and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to Special Projects and/or processes.
  • Adherence to established internal control procedures.
  • Demonstrate teamwork by assisting other team members as needed
  • This position is First Shift. Schedule may change based on the business needs. Some overtime may be required.
SKILLS:

Minimum requirements for position:
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Bi-Lingual Spanish a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, flexibility and willingness to quickly adapt to new situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
