Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2292for an IT Security/Risk Manager (f/m)
Project environment
The IT Security/Risk Management department in a Swiss private bank.
Tasks
• Creating, maintaining and communicating security standards and guidelines.
• Performing application/infrastructure risk assessments.
• Compiling/reviewing of security concepts.
• Observing industry trends.
• Participation within strategic programs by designing and leading projects intended to improve the security posture.
• Maintaining the risk register.
• Resolving ad hoc security requests.
• Providing security/risk management expertise to projects.
• Collaboration with IT and other security/risk functions.
Requirements
• Banking knowledge.
• Excellent understanding and experience of IT Security/Risk Management (applicable laws, regulations, concepts, mechanisms, solutions).
• Minimum of seven years of experience as an IT Security/Risk consultant within a large, complex, and international environment.
• Team oriented, self-dependent, responsible and motivated personality.
• Fast comprehension, open minded with an analytical approach.
• Capability to achieve high quality and quantity work results.
• Active network to industry peers.
• University Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Natural Science.
• Security/Risk certifications, publications.
• Very good language skills in German and English (written and spoken).
Soft skills
• Candidate must have a true consultant mind-set and attitude, always serving the customer to achieve a secure design/solution/project, in a most effective and efficient way, considering adequately the risks and risk mitigation strategy involved.
• Candidate must have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Candidate must be a real, solution-oriented practitioner, with a proven track record in the area of IT Security/Risk Management.
