Senior Consultant, Commercial Excellence - Cambridge - Up to £65KWe are now working with a growing consultancy firm who have built a reputation for developing pragmatic solutions. They have built a wealth of experience and skills within Commercial Excellence, Drug Development and organizational effectiveness.
The role of Senior Consultant will work closely with the Commercial excellence unit to design and implement robust planning . Primarily the business unit focuses on: Market Access, Medical Affairs, Policy, Advocacy and strategic marketing.
Competencies within the Role:
Proven project delivery and project management
Demonstrated ability in developing new business and building long-term relationships
Lateral thinker, who can demonstrate and communicate lateral ideas
Ability to demonstrate recommendations with clarity and confidence
Can work effectively under pressure and can effectively time manage.
Be a credible thought leader and prepare industry materials such as white papers.
Ideal Experience:
A Bioscience/Biomedical or Business Degree (2:1 Min degree)
Understanding of key commercial operations within a Pharmaceutical business. Ideally 4-6 years of experience gained from working within either Consultancy or within a Pharmaceutical company.
Ideally knowledge of the latest business processes such as lean approaches and innovative delivery.
