Technical Support & Pre-sales Engineer - Unified Communications - City - £60kCisco/ Call Manager/ Lync
A new position has become available within a global service support company, who's main focus is on the finance industry. They are looking for a strong technical support engineer who main focus is on unified communications and voice recording, this role will be client facing with existing and new clients. There will be opportunity to take up a pre-sales aspect, so someone with experience in this would be desirable; or the personality and communication to step into this part of the role is essential. The majority of their clients are based in London, with occasional travel required to Scotland.
Essential:
Cisco unified communications; Networking (CCNA desirable)
Voice recording - such as NICE or Varient
IP PBX - Cisco, Avaya etc
Good understanding of Windows & VMWare
Desirable
Experience with trading floors/ finance
