Manage deployment resources with the global deployment plan and approved Global Shared Services market sequencing schedule. The projects under the purview of the program include: implementing a global financial platform, leveraging shared services capabilities, and ensuring the global financial curriculum aligns to support the overall financial transformation vision. This position will play a key role in deploying the program within a market or group of markets to ensure successful on-time, on-budget delivery and realization of program benefits. The program resource manager will have the opportunity to work with key customers from the Strategy & Alignment program and project leadership, Finance, Global Shared Services (GSS), HR and IT Solutions.

Planning & Execution
  • Key areas of focus for this role are managing the assignment of resources to the project and partnering with HR to ensure individuals assigned to the project receive performance reviews.
  • In collaboration with leadership/deployment, leads schedule and deploy team members to market deployments.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each team members' qualifications and the requirements of each deployment.
  • Mobilize resources and fully brief them on roles and responsibilities.
  • Prepare resource schedules and rolling 18 month forecasts.
  • Support the recruitment and on-boarding process.
  • Partner with HR on any performance or employee relation issues, escalating or following instructions as appropriate.
  • Support the annual Performance Management process as directed by HR.
  • Review reports on utilization, variance, PTO, learning hours, headcount, and deployment needs to make appropriate recommendations to leadership.
  • Maintain accurate staffing system data.
  • Take responsibility for providing periodic updates to the business case, puts and takes.
  • Provide resource status in management meetings.

Prior Experience:
  • Prior experience in Project Management: 5-7 years.
  • Finance, HR or IT bachelors degree preferred.
  • Ability to plan, mobilize and manage resources to achieve deliverables.
  • Ability to work with related technology SMEs to develop an aligned global solution.
  • High-level understanding of GSS objectives, business processes, deployment plan and technical/functional capabilities.
