My client, a well known Financial Institute in Australia has a requirement for an Internal Communications Analyst to come into the team on a contract basis for 12 months.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • The effective development and delivery of internal communication and engagement needs for the Reporting and Disclosure department
  • Active contribution to the development of portfolio communication and engagement activities
  • Building strong relationships with Senior Project Managers and Senior Change Managers with the view to obtaining project updates etc for inclusion in Internal Communications
  • Influencing communication strategy to ensure all relevant stakeholders issues are communicated

Essential Requirements:

  • Project experience gained with the Financial Services sector
  • Professional or relevant tertiary qualification in Communications, marketing or business
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven experience in internal communication practices which has been gained within medium to large scale programs or projects
  • Significant and tangible experience in managing relationships and consulting with key stakeholders to implement change including communications and engagement activities
  • Experience in the development and delivery of communication and process improvements
  • Proven ability to deal with conflicting priorities and track record of meeting deadlines
