My client, a well known Financial Institute in Australia has a requirement for an Internal Communications Analyst to come into the team on a contract basis for 12 months.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- The effective development and delivery of internal communication and engagement needs for the Reporting and Disclosure department
- Active contribution to the development of portfolio communication and engagement activities
- Building strong relationships with Senior Project Managers and Senior Change Managers with the view to obtaining project updates etc for inclusion in Internal Communications
- Influencing communication strategy to ensure all relevant stakeholders issues are communicated
Essential Requirements:
- Project experience gained with the Financial Services sector
- Professional or relevant tertiary qualification in Communications, marketing or business
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proven experience in internal communication practices which has been gained within medium to large scale programs or projects
- Significant and tangible experience in managing relationships and consulting with key stakeholders to implement change including communications and engagement activities
- Experience in the development and delivery of communication and process improvements
- Proven ability to deal with conflicting priorities and track record of meeting deadlines
