Description
Complete all program analysis as required across the program workstreams, mainly in excel- Create and update program metrics in excel
- Manage program summary schedule in online dashboard using SharePoint technology (monthly)
- Create draft program and governance level status reports
- Prepare draft materials for Steering Committee and Governance Committee meetings
- Update and develop metrics against program financials
- Manage all access to program SharePoint site
- Manage updates to content to program SharePoint site
- Support development of standard tools and processes to be leveraged across the workstreams
Excel required-advanced (pivot tables, macros)
- PowerPoint
