Rainbow Riders is a digital agency based in Denmark but with employees spread out all over the world. Our clients throw all sort of projects at us, webshops, blogs, websites, customized CMS solutions, apps and on and on it goes. The common denominator is their expectation for outstanding work and a fast pace. We have more and more Drupal projects coming our way, so we’re looking to hire a developer who is a mix of the following:

Professional Expertise:

Experienced Drupal developer

Experience with Wordpress development

Experience with Facebook apps development

Zend Framework experience

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Skilled in making precise estimates

3+ years of experience

About the company
We call Denmark home … at least that’s where our headquarter and clients are. But apart from that we are multinational - our three project managers all live in Bulgaria and call the day-to-day shots from there. Our other developers live in Ukraine and Bangladesh. Keeping this in mind you should only apply if Skype does not give you the jitters - we totally depend on online communication for running this operation. Oh, and it goes without saying that you must master English at a very high level, as communication both within the company and with the clients is conducted in the Bard’s tongue.

Working hours are 9-17 GMT+1 and you’ll be working from your home … or anywhere with access to the internet. As long as you’re online during office hours, we really don’t care whether you’re working from home or with your feet in the ocean … just send pictures of the sunset.

Application process
After we’ve had a chance to review the applications, we’ll invite some of the applicants to submit a test project. We will not be using your work in actual projects, so we do not offer payment. It’s basically to get an idea about your skills - and we do judge, so send in your best work.
