Looking for someone with software quality experience who can work with the team to ensure that:- Our software validation process is followed
- Appropriate documentation and records are created
- Review documents and records for acceptance
- Assist with QA system configuration and testing
- The ability to complete effective business process reviews. This includes the knowledge and understanding of internal business processes, general accounting knowledge and a familiarity with operations and distributions.
- The ability to clearly assess, define and document customer needs.
- The ability to effectively handle project management, including plan, track, follow-up and follow-through on multi-step / multi-phase projects.
- The ability to remain structured and organized, but with a level of comfort in training all levels of users on the product in both a classroom and one-on-one environment.
