Summary text :
Medior SAS support consultant who is bootable to support and maintain the complete SAS 9.3 environment on an operational day to day basis . The SAS consultant usefull Should be bootable to help the organization grow in maturity level related to providing support SAS . One of the aspects is the ability to write down the processes and procedures in more detail .

General knowledge / experience :
Medior in SAS incident and change management processes in a complex environment (issue and question handling ) , SAS Management Console , deployment processes , scheduling , backup and restore processes , monitoring , user access management , logging issues users . This is more related to SAS . Next to this the consultant Should Be Able to translate this into readable process descriptions or schemes where actions , tasks and responsibilities are made clear explicitely .

Technical knowledge / experience :
See above , -including Preferable experience with the way how the infrastructure of ING and SAS work together .

competencies :
Well strucured , focus , good sense of priotization , Pro -active and very good communication , Persuation , organizational sensitiviness , decisiveness , awareness or priotization , apply best practice experiences .

Language skills :
English ( fluently ) , English .

Support SAS program Vortex Advanced Analytics and providence regular SAS support.
Substantive description : " Supporting the Corporate Credit Risk Management Department with the following topics:

1 Issue Question and handling
2 Deployments
3 Administer operations planning (password changes , restores, backups )
4 Monitoring ( reporting)
5 User (access ) management
6 NPA Account Management
7 Administer communication to users ( System up down etc. )
8 Process descriptions related to SAS support (complete value chain ) .

Current phase of the project cycle :
Infrastructure for SAS has been installed . Software installed and configured , data mart deployed to production, reports developed , first set of users added , set up support function ( BICC Ops ) started . Employee will be part of this team .

activities :
Your main task is to providence end to end and day -to-day technical and functional support if necessary to the Advanced Analytics program and the CCRM end users . You assist in the performance tests , describe the release management process for patches and fixes , backups , monitoring , user access management and the end-to -end support process as a whole .

responsibilities :
You act as a ( professional) SAS support consultant who is ' responsible to take the initiative and the lead in the day -to-day support process . You have a functional relation ship with the other SAS consultants who are Involved in the SAS projects and the day to day support processes .

What needs to be realized :
Implemented , stable , secure and well supported SAS environment for Corporate Credit Risk Management .
