Clinical Quality Assurance Deputy DirectorThe CSU I am working with is currently seeking a senior Clinical Quality Assurance Director to take up responsibility for the Quality and Risk teams.
Within this position you will be overseeing a team of 5 staff and the key workstreams will include - clinical audit, serious incidents, health and safety, implementing quality and safety and risk across the organization.
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience of the following;
- Quality governance agenda experience
- SI investigation and management
- Experience with managing teams
- Risk registers
- Registered Nurse educated to degree level
- Datix
You will be tasked with providing effective leadership and expertise to the operational function, with patient safety/clinical expertise teams under your leadership. Ideally you will have CSU and CCG/PCT experience but stand alone NHS organisations will be considered.
This role will be for an immediate start and is paying a daily rate of circa £350 - £500 per day DOE.
