Role: Front-end Web Developer

Location: Dublin 8

Salary: €40-€55k with flexible hours & great holidays,

My client, a leading Irish web agency, is looking for a Front-end Developer to join their expanding team. The perfect candidate will be working primarily with the UX team and show an ability and previous experience in delivering technology-led projects to the highest standards using front-end technologies.

They are currently working with a number of key clients, providing web design, implementation, build and maintenance, and are looking to expand on their current ventures by adding to their development team. You will work within a brilliant UX team and alongside the technical directors, ensuring project requirements are coded, tested and delivered to the highest standards.

This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to work on some really interesting technologies including HTML5, Advanced CSS, Javascript, REST Services, SEO practices and JSON. You will need to work within an SQL database, with previous experience with Oracle being a definite advantage.

This role really is for a candidate who wants to take control of a project and be directly involved in impacting how the business moves forward.

Required:

· BSc Computer Science or relevant degree

· 3+ years of experience working with Front-end technologies including Javascript, CSS and HTML.

· Comfortable with UX principles & specifications.

· Experience working Java is an advantage

· Experience of responsive& adaptive design principles

· Experience working with SQL database

Desirable:

Experience in the telecoms industry a plus

Knowledge of commercial and/or open-source WCMS's

Experience with Oracle database a plus

Salary:

· €45,000 - €55,000 per annum
