Real Staffing is currently working with our client, a leading retail bank, to assist them in the recruitment of an additional Operational Risk professional to join their team.This is a new role, one that has been created to lead their Operational Risk Business Partnering function that is tasked with working across the business, working with key stakeholders up to ExCo level, assisting them with embedding Operational Risk in everything the business does.
To be successful in this role, you need to have a strong understanding of Operational Risk, ideally an understanding of Retail Banking (although other backgrounds will be considered) and most importantly you will have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. You will also have the ability to manage a small team.
