Our Client, a Global IT Services Provider, providing quality service to its customers.
Our client requires a SAP CRM consultant to provide expertise within architecture and design of CRM Solutions
About the Role:
Provide expertise for architecting, designing and implementing SAP CRM solutions. Must be able to work in a team environment and be focused on delivery excellence. The duties will include design and implementation tasks.
Tasks to be performed may include:

Participate in workshops and analyse business process requirements and provide SAP CRM capability points of view

Design and configuration solutions as per business and technical requirements within SAP CRM

Contribute to SAP CRM functional and technical tasks
Required skills:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience as a SAP CRM functional/technical consultant

Hands-on project experience in the areas of Interaction Center, Business Partners, CRM Sales, Service, Web Chanel, ISA, Marketing, SAP SD & SAP MM modules, CRM integration aspects.

Minimum 3 full cycle implementations on SAP CRM 7.X as well as ASAP methodologies.

Team player with good communication and presentation skills;

5-7 years of full SAP implementation experience across complex multi-vendor system architectures

Experienced in leading multi disciplinary teams with local and offshore delivery

Team player with good communication, presentation and time management skills
