Description
My client is a global interactive design and e-commerce strategy company. They are seeking a Visual Designer who knows how to build creative concepts and bring them to life visually. As a key member of design team, they are skilled in creating/building Internet and web based design initiatives.This person is an original thinker who conceives creative concepts and translates them into a visual format. Working in the Creative Team, the Designer is a team player who is skilled in matching strategic direction with appropriate design results for the Internet and Web-based marketing initiatives. Attention to detail, combined with a strong working knowledge of design-related applications is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Designing interactive design concepts
-Designing: mood boards; storyboards; interactive page layouts; site grids and interface demos
-Building and maintaining a team rapport with creative team personnel, account managers, & project managers
-Working under the direction of senior creative to execute the design of creative concepts
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Strong design portfolio with 5+ years education, design and interactive experience
-Ability to articulate creative ideas
-Creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines
Note: This position is open to Canadian residents as the role is full-time in Toronto, Canada.
