We need a WordPress Expert (US only!)

Description

What we are looking for:

WordPress Expert. You must have expert knowlege of proper functionality of WordPress development. You must be able to build a theme from scratch on the front-end and back-end. You should be knowledgeable enough to build and/or hack plugins to be functional to our needs if required.

PSD to Code by the pixel on first stated completion attempt.

JQuery Expert

Java Script Advanced Knowlege

AJax Advanced Knowlege

HTML/CSS Expert

Natural Problem Solver. We are looking for the people that ANSWER the questions on help forums. Not asking them.

Confortable working on a LIVE site enviroment. We accept the risks and create constant backups. Until a new developer has proved himself we are not confortable giving full database access due to security concerns and bad experiances in the past. If we are working on a feature that requires database access then we will evaluate the situation for if we feel it necissary to provide. But we will not provide it for a cloned or local copy of our site to develop on.

What we are not looking for:

Developers who rely on help forums, github, stack exchanges, etc. We need an expert who can complete 95% of the tasks themselves without help needed.

The Details
We are looking for a long term relationship with an expert developer. We are a growing community and constantly add/change features so our work is ongoing. We have a custom created theme but are looking to clean up and simplify the code as well as work on new features. Some weeks it may be 2 hours of work needed and some weeks 40. We ONLY hire developers that are fully licensed and living within the United States. We look for fast turnaround times and developers willing to put our site as a priority. We often send alot of work and pay instantly when invoices are submitted so we are a very good client to have.
