Description
The role- Your key focus will be to source and win new business customers and achieve set monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets that will deliver a valuable new revenue stream across our full range of services
- Take the lead in presenting the value proposition to C level Directors as well as relevant technical decision makers and recommenders and utilising all resources available to successfully deliver sales
- You will be fully responsible and accountable for managing all aspects of the sales cycle, externally and internally, preparing and submitting sales forecasts and a business pipeline that will ensure revenue targets are achieved
- Be able to prepare market updates, recommendations and proposals to our senior management that will support new revenue growth in your particular sector
- Establish a professional relationship and working partnership with our internal staff to ensure an excellent customer experience is always delivered
- Constantly hone professional skills and product knowledge through self-learning and supported development
Requirements
- Currently working in a business sales development role, likely to be of graduate caliber, and with at least 5 years proven sales track record where you have consistently been meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of fixed line voice and data products including, SIP, Hosted IP, ISDN, inbound and outbound resilient voice, tariffing and commercials
- A strong understanding of the mobile voice and data market, products and services including all Smart Phone OS variants, Mobile Device Management solutions, tariffing and commercial offerings.
- Highly motivated sales professional, a self-starter with an organised and pragmatic approach to efficiently managing your own time in order to optimise selling opportunities
- Ability to balance strong focus on achieving sales results with practical and positive approach to solving problems in order to deliver a first class customer experience
- Extremely well presented, excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and with a sharp intellect, a flair for sales and naturally outgoing
- Clear evidence of your knowledge and understanding of your chosen market sector and with a wide range of key contacts
