Change & Transformation Manager - Private Banking & Wealth Management - Our client, a major international bank, is currently looking for an experienced Change & Transformation Manager. The position is a multifaceted and challenging consulting role, supporting and closely working with the Private Banking & Wealth Management senior IT management team

Main Tasks:
  • Supporting and closely working with the Private Banking & Wealth Management senior IT management team
  • Orchestrate organizational change management activities
  • Perform complex analysis and conceptualization work to support senior management decisions processes
  • Act as a consultant for the management team


Skills Required:
  • Consultancy or strategy background is must
  • Experienced change and transformation manager
  • Excellent analytical and visualization skills
  • Strong communication skills on senior management level
  • Highly collaborative, with outstanding analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent planning, project management and organization abilities
  • Fluent German and English language skills, written and spoken is a must


Soft SKills:
  • Discretion, sound judgment, and the highest professional ethics and integrity
  • Critical thinking, using logic and reasoning


  • Ability to work across multiple functional areas in an international context with a mind-set to deliver excellence
