Change & Transformation Manager - Private Banking & Wealth Management - Our client, a major international bank, is currently looking for an experienced Change & Transformation Manager. The position is a multifaceted and challenging consulting role, supporting and closely working with the Private Banking & Wealth Management senior IT management teamMain Tasks:
- Supporting and closely working with the Private Banking & Wealth Management senior IT management team
- Orchestrate organizational change management activities
- Perform complex analysis and conceptualization work to support senior management decisions processes
- Act as a consultant for the management team
Skills Required:
- Consultancy or strategy background is must
- Experienced change and transformation manager
- Excellent analytical and visualization skills
- Strong communication skills on senior management level
- Highly collaborative, with outstanding analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent planning, project management and organization abilities
- Fluent German and English language skills, written and spoken is a must
