Senior UX Design - Contract - Dublin
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well respected UX team, and to join a company that truly understand UX. You will be based in their Dublin CC, state of the art HQ. Top daily rates on offer. 6 months initially, this will extend in terms of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing the information architecture and user interaction design of products.
- Creation of detailed wireframes and visual designs.
- Documenting interaction design specifications which include detailed design rationale.
- Using standard design tools such as OmniGraffle, Photoshop and Illustrator to provide expertly crafted UX documentation and design solutions.
- Responsible for creation of visual mock-ups based on defined branding/style guides.
- Responsible for creation of conceptual designs.
- Work with the technology, testing, requirements and product teams in design.
- Leading a team of designers on various projects.
- Working on mobile, tablet and desktop solutions.
- Carrying out user research and analysing findings.

Knowledge/Experience:
- 5+ years UX/UI Design experience
- Excellent knowledge of common design tools such as OmniGraffle, Photoshop and Illustrator are required.
- Knowledge of latest web technologies, web accessibility, designing for an international audience, UX Design Principles, UX Design Patterns & Graphic design.
- Must have UX Design experience and a thorough understanding of best practices.
- Experience designing for mobile, tablet and desktop.
- Leading a team of designers on various projects.
- Designing mobile, tablet and desktop solutions.
- Carrying out user research and analysing findings
- Experience working in an innovative environment.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of UI design for the web, best principles of interactive design and usability engineering.
- Experience with web application design.
- Strong interaction design skills in crafting effective screen flows, wireframes and storyboards.

- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
