A fast growing Orthopaedic organisation with an international reach are looking for a talented and experienced Orthopaedic Sales professional to become their European Sales Manager.European Sales Manager - Orthopaedics - £50-60k basic + OTE, Car Allowance, Pension and Healthcare
This is an opportunity to join the right company at the right time! This company are investing heavily in their R+D and are looking to find the right commercial team to drive sales.
Reporting into the Head of Overseas Business you will successfully build and develop group product sales within EMEA region through monitoring individual distributor performance.
This organisation is going through a period of expansion - so now is the time to get on board and lead!
Major Accountabilities:
- Provide input to 2 year export plan - ensuring it is relevant and achievable
- Provide competitor market information
- Increasing professional profile of group through sales and outstanding customer service
- Managing group product sales to ensure margin and revenue levels are achieved
Experience required:
- Distributor management experience within the EMEA region
- Demonstrable experience in successful sales management
- Familiarity with surgical techniques and sports medicine
Remuneration:
- Salary £50-60k basic (negotiable for the right candidate) + lucrative bonus package
