Senior Application Architect ( eCommerce, Demandware, Websphere, Intershop, hybris, ESB, Java ) - £70-85k - London

A Senior Application Architect ( eCommerce, Demandware, Websphere, Intershop, hybris, ESB, Java ) is required for a Leading provider of eCommerce solutions as a technical subject matter expert of the design and delivery of Application Architecture. The desired Senior Application Architect ( eCommerce, Demandware, Websphere, Intershop, hybris, ESB, Java ) will have strong experience of full project lifecycle; from inception, collaborating with stakeholders and resources such as BAs and PMs to leading architecture solutions on client site followed by working with in-house Developers to completion.

Essential
- Minimum of 2 years of eCommerce Application Architecture experience (ATG, IBM Websphere Commerce, hybris, Demandware) within Retail, Travel or Gaming/Betting.
- Proven experience delivering various software development projects - eComm website builds, order management systems, product info management systems or other eCommerce related website builds
- Client focused approach, liaising with various staff members to ensure solutions meet client standards and line up with overall enterprise architecture strategy
- Knowledge of processes and standards within IT architecture/ infrastructure
- Understands software development process and it's link to IT infrastructure
- Well versed in the application of new technologies and industry trends
- Able to provide support to other project team members, identify and take ownership of project risks and issues

Desirable
- Experience delivering Demandware, Intershop or hybris solutions.
- Experience with projects involving multiple technologies and/or integration with 3rd party systems
- Able to actively seek opportunities which contribute to growth or improvements to the organisation. Desirable
- Experience defining or reviewing enterprise architecture.
