Workday Functional
Should have minimum of 6-8 years exp in IT mainly on ERP products.
Good functional knowledge on HR, compensation, Payroll, Benefits
Possess 1- 2 years exp in workday HCM with work knowledge on workforce, Organisation Management, Compensation, Benefits, NA Payroll or payroll Interface, Security
Hands on Business process configuration, EIB, Reports creation, Data Loads.
Workday HCM certified
Implementation & Support projects experience is a must.
Should have good communication & client facing skills.
Experience on multi country implementation projects would be advantage. Workday Technical Should have minimum of 4-5 years exp in IT
Good programming knowledge on XML, xslt, Java
Possess atleast 1year exp in workday Tools -EIB,iload, Report designer, Payroll interface, workday studio.
Workday Integration Core certified
Implementation & Support projects experience is a must.
Should have good communication & client facing skills
