Oracle Developer PL/SQL Data Migration - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
This is a great opportunity to join a fast changing environment within an established Irish company. This initial Data Migration Project will last 12 months with the very strong view to move into a permanent role. There are multiple roles ranging from junior to mid-senior level.
Responsibilities:
- Oracle database 9i,10g or 11g
- Tuning queries and database performance optimisation
- Oracle PL/SQL development including stored procedures and triggers.
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to work as a member of team
- Experience of Forms is an advantage
- Delivering well documented technical solutions within the constraints of time, cost, and functionality.
- Efficiency and system simplification.
Core Requirements:
- minimum 2/3+ years of hands-on experience with large Oracle relational databases
- minimum 2/3+ years of extensive development experience with SQL, PL/SQL,
- Strong communication skills
