Position: NetApp Storage Consultant

The Job Description is as follows:
- Hands on experience in Netapp storage environment.
- Planning Backup/Restoration Strategy for operation support
- Strong knowledge in configuring storage in Windows and Linux operating systems
- Support for CIFS and NFS mounts on a NetApp Filer in a multi-protocol environment
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA
- Monitor storage devices ports and ISLs
- Handling tickets and requests
