An IC Product Contractor is urgently needed for a position based in Belgium requiring experience in the following skill set:

- IC prototype - to - production
- Characterization, qualification, packaging and test
- Develop yield improvement plans, multi-site test solutions and different packaging options
- Chip packaging, chip test solutions and supply chain management

IC Resources has an important client based in Belgium that requires an urgent contractor for an IC Production, Assembly and Test contract. It is for a 3-6 month position that requires someone to start as soon as possible. The responsibilities of the role include: Setting up a "Full Turn Key" solution with the customer, based on the offerings from packaging and testing partners; Discussing the IC prototype - to - production volume ramp plan with customer including: characterization, qualification, packaging and test; Proposing and developing yield improvement plans, multi-site test solutions and different packaging options; Daily follow-up of production deliveries using; Monthly alignment with sales managers on customer forecasts and contractor capacities. As a result they are looking for experience in: Chip packaging, chip test solutions and supply chain management; Project-based work and contractors who are willing to travel 1 week per month.
