for a Senior Business Analyst (f/m) with ISO 20022 Expertise
Project environment
The candidate works in a Global Swiss Bank as an End to End Business Analyst in the ISO 20022 project. He will work in a small and dynamic project team of IT, support, and business. The team's collaboration is highly interactive.
Tasks
• Contribute to the design and documentation of upcoming business requirements.
• Covering all processes and channels related to payments and cash management involved in the ISO 20022 migration/ adaption.
• Responsible for the requirements engineering and the coordination of the Subject Matter Expert BAs of the related applications supporting the project.
Requirements
• Proven experience and content-knowledge in ISO 20022 migration/adaption projects related to cash transactions.
• Experience with end-end processes in the payment area.
• Independent, systematic and structured approach and way of working (e.g. UseCases, activity Diagrams, UML).
• High awareness of quality and deadlines.
• Able to coordinate other BA.
• 5+years of experience as Business Analyst / Front Office or Middle office.
• SWIFT Knowledge would be a plus.
Soft skills
• Teamwork and cross discipline collaboration are essential.
• A very good command of German and English is a must.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Initiative acting and dedicated commitment as well as excellent organizational skills and keen perception.
