Job Title: Financial AccountantEmployer: NHS Acute TrustLocation: LondonRate: £ per dayContract: 3-6 monthsMy NHS Client based in London is current looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to join their team for 3-6 months.
You will be supporting the Head of Financial Accounts leading up to a key period of the Financial Calendar.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Preparing statements and schedules relating to Agreement of Balances exercises for AP & AR
- Preparation of timetable and co-ordination of Year End Close down process
- Analyse transactions
- Act as main point of contact for internal and external audit queries.
- Management of junior accountants
Essential skills and experience:
- NHS experience
- Minimum 3 years NHS Year End experience
- CCAB part qualified
- Good communication skills
Rate is negotiable and will be determined based on the quality and experience of the successful applicant.
