Description
As Continuous Improvement Manager you will be responsible for driving Lean and Continuous Improvement activity across the business. To do this you will need to develop relationships with local managers and their teams to train, coach and engage employees in lean thinking and methodologies, in order to deliver business improvements and ensure key deliverables are met and exceeded wherever possible. You will have two direct reports as part of the role.Interested? We are looking for some of the best Continuous Improvement managers in the manufacturing industry. You will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills and have the ability to motivate, coach, encourage and engage employees to develop their lean skills and knowledge. You must be willing to challenge the status quo and be pro-active in demonstrating to others where improvement opportunities exist.
