Introduction:
Our client has an immediate need for a french speaking eCommerce Webmaster
Role:
* Become a functional expert for the configuration of the whole set of features available on our worldwide E-commerce platforms
* Share your knowledge with technical and business people
* Support technical configuration activities to launch new markets
* The job does not include development activities (coding)
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents
* Work closely with development team to document the end-to-end configuration and to configure the newly implemented features
* Support the business for the migration and the launch of new markets on the new E-commerce platform (perform technical configuration for the creation of new stores, prepare data for the migration, create the initial products catalog)
* Configure productive and non-productive environments for testing purposes
* Investigate, analyze and document reported configuration defects
* Work on data import/export using flat files, mainly csv
* Improve the configuration file creation (industrialization, automation)
Skills / Attributes Required:
* 2-3 years experience in and internet / ebusiness activity
* Maximum 5 years of experience
* Business data management, experience across multiple CMS
* Hybris and Adobe CQ5 is a plus
* Flexible attitude, reliable and ability to perform under pressure
* Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail
* Ability to work well within a team
* Good communication skills
Languages:
* French and English, both oral and written
