My Limerick based client currently has a requirement for a strong Oracle Developer. This is an initial 6 month contract with immediate interviews available.
The successful candidate will become a participant in a development team which designs and enhances a suite of in-house PL/SQL workflow applications used for order management and provisioning orchestration within the telecom industry. Strong communicator who is pro-active in bringing broad range of PL/SQL application development experience to the role, able to contribute across the development life cycle: design, documentation, implementation, testing and maintenance.
Candidate Profile
- Strong overall IT analysis, design and development experience
- Strong Oracle DB development skills including 5+ years Oracle Forms and/or related PL/SQL application development experience.
- Previous telecoms experience an advantage
- Oracle 10G knowledge an advantage (particularly XML processing)
- Oracle Designer an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Workflow concepts.
- Knowledge and experience of XML, Web Services, XSLT, WSDL.
Limerick is well located on the South West of Ireland near Shannon Airport.
