Description
As a Business Analyst you will report to the CRM project CRM Local Government and work closely with the business and ICT.
You are making an active contribution to the implementation and deployment phases of the project:
You monitor the agreed scope and where necessary clarification in consultation with the various stakeholders.
Your captures questions and ambiguities in the development and facilitates the formulation of clear answers.
You will support the business in the preparation/adjustment of the business procedures according to the implemented product.
You make training materials for end users of the various business processes.
You guide the acceptance tests and works pro-actively to the follow-up of a qualitative delivery.
You support business during the roll-out to the various end users.
You detect risks and bottlenecks within your domain expert and discusses them with the Project
You will be working on and monitors the functional scope of the CRM solution.
You will be working on and monitors the functional testing of the CRM solution
You work the necessary documentation from involvement with the CRM solution for local governments.
Knowledge and Skills:
A good knowledge of business and ICT (funcionele and technical) knowledge of CRM is essential.
A good knowledge of testing and quality control of software development is very important.
You think pragmatic and solution within an agreed scope.
You analyse problems and come up with effective, simple solutions.
You are diplomatic and communicate easily with various stakeholders.
Min. 5 years experience in CRM projects.
Experience in business, functional and technical analysis.
Experience in functional and technical (systems and integration) tests
Experience in working in a complex environment with a variety of stakeholders.
