The KAM will be required to liaise with all internal functions in relation to the Business Acquisition Process in an effort to position the company as a preferred contractor for the targeted projects.

To ensure that customer communication channels and interfaces are established as appropriate and that customers' technical objectives and requirements are clear and unambiguous, such that they meet customer-defined technical objectives, requirements, milestones, and schedules prior to receipt of the ITT.

Key tasks
  • Assist in the preparation, management and coordination of annual sales plan.
  • Management of prospect database and preparation of strategy in advance of receipt of ITT documents.
  • Take ownership of the prospect identification and selection process.
  • In conjunction with the other members of the business development team prepare a regional business plan and strategy for delivery of the plan and the specific projects within the plan.
  • Management and coordination of client entertainment.
  • To initiate client contact in line with the annual sales plan
  • Delivery of technical and commercial presentations to potential clients
  • To monitor customer satisfaction and work to improve customer care standards.
  • To work in close co-operation with other internal functions to ensure delivery of the Business Plan.

Qualifications/Experience
  • Engineering/Degree Education preferred
  • Min 5 yrs industry relevant experience
