One of our existing client is looking for SAP HCM Success Factor professionals for their new implementation project.The SAP SuccessFactors HR Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SuccessFactors BizX Talent Modules, including Goals, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Succession, Workforce Planning and Analytics.
The consult ant will be responsible for assisting clients in comparison of SAP HCM application solutions and SuccessFactors HR application solutions and making recommendations as to the best-fit for the client's needs. The consultant will be responsible for having knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors and the future strategic direction of the application roadmap. SAP HCM Success Factor certification is an added advantage.
