Change Manager - Contract - Worcestershire - £320 per day
Synergize Consulting are now hiring for a business-focused Change Manager to work at a leading public sector client based in the West Midlands on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will be required to ensure that project & change activities are successfully delivered by developing capacity & capability with a customer focus.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the delivery of change activities for a specified project/workstream
- Assist in shaping this change & understanding its impact on the business
- Manage impact analysis & develop delivery options
- Ensure that project & other change activities are tracked & managed to ensure they are successfully delivered within agreed project timelines.
- Proactively pursue efficiency in process within design
Experience required:
- Experienced in one or more of the following; Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Implementation
- Experienced in delivering change projects in public sector organisations to improve efficiency and customer service
- A certification within Prince2 would be advantageous, or related business analysis qualification
- Strong project management software skills (such as MSP), and skills within the Microsoft Office suite.
