Staff Member Marketing Resource Management (Photoshop, CMS) (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Find, review and select digital assets from existing systems to be migrated to the new Marketing Resource Management System, e.g. media manager, e-brochure, share drives, DVDs and CDs
- Apply consistent tagging and categorization of all files to be uploaded, as well as do the uploads
- Get trained on the new system and support the graphic designers in the conversion of artwork to templates to be uploaded
- Support and train employees on how to convert files and do the uploads for the ongoing activities after handover
Your qualifications
- Good knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, one or two web content management systems
- Experience in the administration of a Digital Asset Management Tool is highly desired
- Languages: Fluency in English and German
- Attention to detail and structured approach to tasks
- Good communication skills
